We exist to make
great tech careers
accessible to everyone.

Alfa Tech House is a technology education institute built on a simple belief: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. We're here to change that.

Why we exist.

Alfa Tech House was founded to solve a real problem: thousands of talented individuals graduate each year without the practical, industry-ready skills that employers actually need. The gap between what universities teach and what companies hire for is wide — and growing.

We bridge that gap. Our programs are short, intensive, and deeply practical. Every course is designed around real projects, reviewed by working engineers, and built to get you employed — not just certified.

We believe the best education happens at the intersection of academic rigour and industry experience. That's why we partner with universities like BBSUL and recruit our instructors directly from the world's leading tech companies.

🎯

Outcomes first

We measure our success by your employment, not your enrolment. Every decision we make is grounded in what actually gets students hired.

🤝

Real mentorship

Our instructors are active practitioners — senior engineers, tech leads, and founders who bring current, lived experience into every session.

🌐

Radical access

Through university partnerships and income-share options, we make world-class tech education available regardless of background or financial situation.
